From Foundations to Mastery
OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
This course provides students with a comprehensive foundation in sound healing, equipping them with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to incorporate sound healing into their personal practice or wellness offerings. Students will explore how sound frequencies and resonance affect the body and mind, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of healing instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and percussion. Through guided practice, they will learn to design and lead sound healing sessions tailored to individual or group needs, using sound to promote relaxation, balance energy centers, and address emotional or physical imbalances. Additionally, students will deepen their understanding by integrating vocal sound healing, mantras, and advanced techniques into their practice. The course also emphasizes mindfulness, ethical standards, and effective client communication, empowering students to build a confident, compassionate, and personalized approach to sound healing. By the end of the course, students will be equipped to facilitate transformative sound healing experiences and apply these tools to support holistic health and well-being.

EDUCATION STANDARDS
Sound Healing Fundamentals: Understand the principles of frequency, vibration, and resonance in relation to body and mind.
Instrument Proficiency: Identify and practice using various sound healing instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, and tuning forks.
Physiological and Energetic Effects: Explain how sound healing supports relaxation, stress relief, and chakra alignment.
Guided Practice and Session Design: Learn to create and lead therapeutic sound healing sessions with proper techniques and pacing.
Mindfulness and Professional Ethics: Emphasize intention, client care, and ethical practices for safe and effective sound healing.
DAY ONE OBJECTIVES
Grasp Sound Healing Concepts: Students will understand core principles of sound healing, including how sound frequency and resonance affect the body and mind.
Develop Instrument Skills: Students will gain hands-on experience and proficiency with sound healing instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks.

Students will enhance their ability to create sound bath experiences, learning to shape the flow and dynamics of a session to foster balance and transformation.Master Advanced Sound Healing Techniques:
Students will expand their toolkits with advanced sound healing methods, exploring additional instruments and techniques to deepen the therapeutic effects of sound.Use Your Voice to Heal:
Students will explore the power of their own voice as a healing tool, learning how vocal techniques can be integrated into sound healing practices for profound effects.Develop Client Assessment and Customization Skills:
Students will build the ability to assess and adapt sound healing sessions based on individual client needs, fostering a personalized approach to healing.Build Confidence in Leading Practical Sound Healing Sessions:
Students will gain hands-on experience in leading sound healing sessions, practicing their skills in a supportive environment with the opportunity for constructive feedback.

Will I be a certified sound healer after the course?
Yes! Upon completing both levels of the course, you will receive a certification through the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). If you have previously completed Level One: Introduction to Sound Healing – Unlocking the Power of Vibration, you can enroll in just Day Two to complete your certification. This allows you to deepen your practice with advanced techniques without repeating foundational material.Do I need prior experience with sound healing or musical instruments?
No prior experience is required! This course is designed for all levels, whether you're brand new to sound healing or looking to refine your skills. You’ll receive hands-on practice and guidance to build confidence in using sound as a healing tool.Can I take just one day of the course?
To receive certification, you’ll need to complete the full two-day course, as Day Two builds upon the foundational knowledge from Day One. The first day focuses on the essential principles of sound healing, while the second day dives into advanced techniques and practical applications, ensuring a well-rounded skill set. However, if you’ve already completed Level 1 with Shay, you are welcome to take just Day Two to continue your learning and complete your certification. This structure ensures you gain the most comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in sound healing.

About Your Teacher
Shay Pepe is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Educator through the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), specializing in vibration and frequency for deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and holistic healing. With years of experience leading group sound baths, private healing sessions, and immersive workshops, she incorporates instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, percussion instruments, and vocal toning into her practice.
In addition to sound healing, Shay is a certified yoga instructor and Reiki II practitioner, blending elements of yoga nidra, breathwork, and energy work into her approach. She is passionate about making sound healing accessible to all, teaching students how to structure effective sessions, work with different energy needs, and confidently integrate sound healing into their wellness practices.
This course combines science, intuition, and hands-on experience, providing students with a strong foundation in sound healing, whether for personal growth or to begin leading sessions professionally.
